A. There is a 12 piece
minimum for custom screen print and
embroidery orders. There are no
minimums for digital print
orders — However, your choice of
product colors is limited to white
and light colored garments.
Q. How
long will my order take to arrive?
A. Turn-around time for
custom screen printing and
embroidery is 7-10 business days
from the day your order is placed
until it ships. Digitally printed
orders ship within 3-5 business days
from when the order is placed.
Shipping and transit time vary
anywhere from 1-5 days depending on
where you live. Rush options are
available for all printing methods.
Q. What
is the difference between screen
printing and digital printing?
A. Screen printing and
digital printing are two different
application methods used to
embellish fabrics that yield very
similar results. Screen printing
uses a stencil method and plastisol
inks to print images onto garments.
It provides a highly durable image
and is very economical for large
runs.
Digital printing uses state of the
art technology to print images
directly to the garment. Digital
printing provides excellent image
durability and wash fastness, and
provides a soft, breathable image
feel. This process is perfect for
small orders requiring vibrant full
color or photographic images or for
printing single shirts for personal
use.

do I get a price quote?
A. To get a price quote on a
design, click on the Shirt and
follow the steps or fill out a quote
request form.
Q. What
is the average turn around time for
screen printed apparel?
A. Typical turn
around time for custom printed
apparel is 7-10 business days from
the time your art is approves until
the day it is shipped. This turn
around time can vary depending on
the size of your order and how much
work is needed to prepare your
artwork. Rush orders are delivered
in 6 business days.

I get my order rushed?
A. Yes. Rush delivery for
screen printed and embroidered
apparel will have your shirts to you
in 6 business days. Rush shipping
options are also available for
digitally printed apparel. Rush
options can be chosen at checkout.
Q. Can
I see a sample before my order goes into
production?
A. Every order is reviewed
by our graphics art department and
approval photo sent to the customer
to ensure accuracy. If there are any
discrepancies we will contact you
immediately.
